Our expert team are offering coaching and event support at the Irish Optimist Nationals in Howth this summer. This includes:
13-14th August: Training
Working with coaches daily to plan and set goals for the regatta. The coaches will help you with venue familiarisation, race strategies, and performance assessment, making time for stretching, debriefs, and analysis.
15-18 August: The Regatta
You will receive support both on and off the water throughout the event, including daily briefs and debriefs with coaches, stretching and activation.
NB: This price is possible on the proviso of keeping our rib charter costs down. If in the unfortunate case we have to rent a more expensive rib there may be a surcharge issued.
