Preparatory training for the national championships also held at WPNSA.
This three day training camp will focus on preparation for the 2024 ILCA National and open championship.
Each day will consist of:
- Morning activation or physical training
- Focussed on water training sessions
- In depth debriefs
- Recovery sessions where suitable
