ILCA 6 Training Programme (for sailors ranked in the top 75% of the national fleet)

A training programme designed to supplement the ILCA UK National Training and position you for success on the 2026 international calendar. Stay in competitive form between seasons, fill gaps in your skill set, and get ready for next season’s international races.

Focused Training Weekends

Intensive weekends blending on-water drills (starts, boat speed, tactics) with strength and conditioning tailored for ILCA 6 sailors.

ILCA 7 Programme (application only)

Tailored for ILCA 7 sailors ranked in the top 50% nationally, this group is your launchpad to U21 Euros, Worlds, and Tier 2 events in 2026. Immerse yourself in a performance-driven atmosphere, surrounded by peers with similar ambitions to gain the consistency, intensity, and international exposure you need to perform on the U21 and senior stages.

Intensive Small-Group Coaching

With a strict 6:1 ratio, drills focus on advanced boat handling, race simulations, and peak-performance conditioning.

International Camp Opportunities

Choose from curated overseas camps to experience varied sailing conditions, train with international squads, and refine your race craft.

Access to U21 Euros and Worlds Support

Comprehensive backing for your selection campaigns, on-site coach support, pre-event tuning sessions, and race by race debriefs.
