AFP Foiling Week is set to return from 18–22 August 2025 at the Weymouth & Portland National Sailing Academy (WPNSA), delivering a high-performance programme that caters for different levels of foiling experience, offering tasters for beginners, skills sessions for developing sailors, and structured training for current squad and intermediate-level athletes.
The WASZP taster two-day introductory block is designed for those who are new to foiling and curious about the AFP. Sailors will be using the AFP WASZPs and must be aged 14-21 to take part.
We will cover:
- Basic theory on how foils work
- The WASZP: how to rig and boat setup
- First flights
- Sustained flight
The price includes the use of the boats.
