Our ILCA 4 Development Group provides a structured training programme for sailors new to the ILCA 4 or those aiming to reenter the selection for the performance group.
These training weekends will be integrated, training alongside the performance group sailors, providing the opportunity to learn through direct observation as well as drills tailored to your skill level and targeted feedback.
