· 4-day immersive residential camp at Weymouth and Portland National Sailing Academy
· Athletes will stay in the nearby Aqua hotel in rooms of 3, supervised by one of our staff members
· Included in the package is buffet breakfast, pasta for lunch and a set menu dinner
· Each day sailors will participate in:
o Morning strength and conditioning sessions
o Pre-sailing muscular activation
o In depth video analysis and debriefs
o Focused sailing sessions lead by our world class coaching team
o Post sailing recovery including mobility and stretching
o Evening seminars and group activities
· Sailors will need to bring their own ILCA, however we have some charter options available at a further charge
· Upon booking you will receive our joining instructions which will outline everything the sailors need to bring as well as any other details needed
· Sailors and parents with be required to sign our responsibility policy which will be sent out with the joining instructions
