We are offering high-quality winter training weekends for ILCA 6 sailors!
Based out of WPNSA, we will be offering invitational training with the intention of providing complementary training to the ILCA UK National training, aimed at sailors within the top 50% of the ILCA 6 national fleet.
The training camps will include and stretching and activation sessions, on-water drills and race training, and video analysis debriefs.
The ILCA 6 training is not structured into squads, but is more of a pick-and-choose opportunity, allowing sailors to work around their schedule with other training.
Sailors will need to get in touch with the PA team in order to book on.
