DESCRIPTION:5-day immersive residential camp at Weymouth and Portland National Sailing Academy. \nAthletes will stay in the nearby Portland house hotel in rooms of 3\, supervised by one of our staff members. Included in the package is buffet breakfast\, pasta for lunch and a set menu dinner \nEach day sailors will participate in: \n\nMorning strength and conditioning sessions\nPre-sailing muscular activation\nIn depth video analysis and debriefs\nFocused sailing sessions lead by our world class coaching team\nPost sailing recovery including mobility and stretching\nEvening seminars and group activities\n\nSailors will need to bring their own ILCA\, however we have some charter options available at a further charge. Upon booking you will receive our joining instructions which will outline everything the sailors need to bring as well as any other details needed. Additionally\, sailors and parents with be required to sign our responsibility policy which will be sent out with the joining instructions.

DESCRIPTION:WASZP Games event support and preparatory training day (8.2). \n \nWorld class GBR WASZP coaches James Parker-Mowbray and Ross Harvey are providing holistic support throughout the games. Their specialist knowledge will help you perform at your best\, whether its your first WASPZ games or you're a seasoned competitor. \n \nThe preparatory training day will be used to do those final checks to put you at ease prior to the start of the championships. \n \nCoaching package includes each day: \n \nMorning briefing – outlining conditions and set up requirements for the day ahead. \n \nOn water support – coaches will watch you racing and give you specific feedback after each race. \n \nPost sailing debrief – after a day of racing our coaches will talk through the significant coaching points for that day ahead of another day of racing. \n \nFor this games we will only be providing coach support for 8.2.

DESCRIPTION:Our expert team are offering coaching and event support at the Irish Optimist Nationals in Howth this summer. This includes: \n13-14th August: Training \nWorking with coaches daily to plan and set goals for the regatta. The coaches will help you with venue familiarisation\, race strategies\, and performance assessment\, making time for stretching\, debriefs\, and analysis. \n15-18 August: The Regatta \nYou will receive support both on and off the water throughout the event\, including daily briefs and debriefs with coaches\, stretching and activation. \n \nNB: This price is possible on the proviso of keeping our rib charter costs down. If in the unfortunate case we have to rent a more expensive rib there may be a surcharge issued.
