The ASC Performance Academy are proud to announce applications for the 2024 Performance Academy Sailor Scholarship (PASS) will open on 1 December 2023. After two resoundingly successful years, this prestigious opportunity for aspiring sailors across the junior, youth, and senior pathways to set sail toward excellence. 

PASS gives the chance for up to four deserving sailors to chart their course to success. Recipients will benefit from subsidised access to our Performance Academy group training, a bespoke mentoring program, and team kit. This holistic approach aims not only to refine skills but to foster a comprehensive developmental experience. 

Sailors will be shortlisted by a panel of sailing experts based on both their need for additional support and whose aspirations resonate with our core values: Inclusivity, Enjoyment, Community, Development, Inspiring, and Partnerships. The scholarship, valued at up to £2,000 per individual, will be tailored to suit chosen training needs and bespoke opportunities. 

Underpinning this scholarship is a mutual commitment. Sailors awarded the PASS are invited to participate actively in our social media sphere, engaging with Performance Academy posts, and sharing their journey through two impactful blog posts.
